Since a truck has many functions this results in many key bindings in this game. I find my Logitech G29 lacking a bit when it comes to the number of physical buttons on the wheel. There's more functions that I want control, without having to reach for my keyboard. Namely, Sleep; your getting fatigued -again don't know the area- and with the simple press of a button it presents the nearest rest area for you to pull into on your route -again keeping things realistically moving. The two features could hopefully be simple coloured route changes on youre truck sat nav.
room217au Feb 13, 2015 @ 2:21pm. As far as I can see, a 'sleep event' can only be triggered by a proximity detection between a point on the map and the vehicle you're driving. This brings up a notice in your GPS screen and allows you to press the Activation button to enter the upgrade shop, pay a toll, or sleep, etc.
Pull into one of the parking lots, and into a marked area, it'll tell you to turn off your engine, and also tell you which button to press to rest. (Same place as where it shows to turn off your engine)
